Warehouse selective racking
This project involved the design, supply, and installation of a selective racking system for a warehouse facility, delivered as Phase 2 following the successful completion of Phase 1.
The system was engineered to maximize storage capacity while maintaining full selectivity and efficient accessibility to all pallet positions. The layout was carefully planned to optimize aisle spacing, rack height, and load distribution, ensuring smooth warehouse operations and safe material handling.
The racking solution includes light-duty selective racks with multiple levels, designed to support loads of up to 100 kg per level and up to 400 kg per bay, depending on configuration. The system features wire cladding shelves, offering flexibility for different storage requirements and improved visibility and ventilation.
Phase 2 was fully integrated with the existing racking from Phase 1, ensuring consistency in design, structural performance, and operational flow across the warehouse. The project reflects a balance between space optimization, safety standards, and long-term operational efficiency.
